Payment to Hilary Burbidge Dog Training (HBDT) is required in full when booking 1:1 and group classes to confirm and secure a place.
1:1 Training Session – cancellation policy: HBDT requires 48hrs cancellation notice. Full training fees are due should the client fail to attend at time of the booked training session.
Group Training Sessions – cancellation policy: No refund will be given for any training sessions missed, unless a vet provides HBDT written proof the dog is not sound.
Bitches in season are not permitted to attend 1:1 or Group Training Sessions. Notice of a bitch in heat is required by HBDT as soon as possible to allow the place to be offered to another client.
If a dog is coughing and vomiting and appears out of sorts, please do not bring them to 1:1 or Group Training Sessions, to avoid the spread of Kennel Cough – which is highly contagious.
